The delivery date shown on this quotation is an estimation based on current and/or planned availability of necessary R&D resources required to develop this Marketing product. A firm delivery date will be provided upon receipt of a Purchase Order. We do not accept any penalty.
The development of this Non-Standard product includes one or several risk factors. EXFO reserves the right to cancel this offer or any subsequent purchase order should EXFO be unable to meet the project objectives.
Please refer to the statement-of-work document (SOW) for detailed information concerning the definition, scope-of-work, and deliverables included as part of this customized product.
Specifications for the non-standard product included in this quotation are guaranteed on a Best-Effort basis. Calibration Certificates and/or Test reports, if included, may differ from standard EXFO products.
