Raphaël Dubé-Demers received a Bachelor’s degree in physics from Université Laval in Quebec City, Quebec in 2012, where he joined the Centre d’optique, photonique et laser (COPL) and received a Masters degree in electrical engineering. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. In the Group, he specialized in the modeling, development and testing of resonant SOI modulators. In 2019, after more than 2 years as technical lead at Ciena, Raphael cofounded EHVA Inc. with Professor Wei Shi.
