ISO 22301
EXFO is a proud supporter of the ISO 22301 standard. It guides us in securing our operations via preventive evaluation and planning for potential operational risks we might face. Following this standard ensures our readiness to face the worst possible scenarios and plan for prompt recovery of our operations and customer services in the event of a disaster.
ISO 27001
The ISO 27000 family of standards addresses the requirements of an information security management system (ISMS) and the deployment of methods, procedures and best practices relevant to information privacy and confidentiality, IT security and more.
Even though EXFO's ISMS is not certified, it is based on ISO 27001 to:
- Help EXFO establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continually improve its ISMS
- Ensure adequate protection of our customer's sensitive information and data
- Manage information security risks affecting our business objectives
- Protect critical business processes from the effects of major failures of information systems or disasters and ensure their timely resumption

C-TPAT
EXFO is a proud member of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT); issued by the US Customs and Border Protection law enforcement organization it's focused on improving the security of private companies' supply chains with respect to risked posed by potential terrorist activities.
